About the Opportunity
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Infant Teacher to join our team. Specific Responsibilities
- Assess the developmental needs of children and tailor activities to support their individual growth.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that align with the school's curriculum and educational philosophy.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
- Foster a sense of community within the classroom, promoting positive social interactions and conflict resolution skills.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share ideas, strategies, and best practices.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with early childhood education trends and methodologies.
- Maintain accurate records, including attendance, incident reports, and developmental assessments.
Requirement
GED Required
Associates degree or ECE certification preferred
Early Childhood Experience preferred
Salary Range - $16 - $26 based on education and years of experience
